This realization led to the creation and launch of GigBolt, a venture she co-founded to revolutionize the recruitment process. With over 25 years of experience in talent acquisition, Victoria brings a wealth of expertise to GigBolt.
As the co-founder, she is deeply passionate about delivering cutting-edge solutions, utilizing the latest in AI tools, that attract, engage, and retain top talent for clients. Victoria's journey in talent acquisition has equipped her with a proven track record of managing full-lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing, across diverse industries and regions including North America, Asia-Pacific, and Europe.
